@ralph The Galaxy Tab 3 was a 2013 device though. If people do experience lag, there should be several options to optimize it like, turning off stickfigure effects while animating or posing things or dropping the resolution to enhance performance.

@ralph Ok. That makes sense but people with higher end devices always will want to push the limits to enhance their content. If that limit could turn into a warning were you could go past it if you wish. That would be amazing, but it would not be recommended. This would help as I always run into the issue of requiring that extra figure. Same thing with the 1080p export, some people don’t care if it’s slow or not, they just care about the quality. As well for optimizing the figure effects, there should be an option to not show them when being animated just like in preview were you can disable them.

@ralph I’m fine with the node limit for now since you can combine figures to make a really highly detailed one. 1080p export and stickfigure limit recommendation would really make people happy. Especially D4vid. He really hates the limits.
The focus here is lighting and flashes.
And another edit is the filters aren’t all too new now.
Still cool!
Thanks!

Explosive Bullet: this looks great I’m gonna use this tons!
Lag: that’s where you’re wrong kiddo
Lol. Lag doesn’t affect me even when it comes around which is rare. That’s were you just don’t show filters when animating.

All I use is a Galaxy Tab S2.
…
I ran out of snarky comments
in all srs though that’s good I’m glad it doesn’t lag
on a galaxy tab 3 I have for testing, 1 or 2 blurs has noticeable lag
and even without blurs, a couple complex figures can lag too

the issue really is because of the way the art is drawn
it’s vector-based, so everything is calculated almost every time it’s drawn, it’s not a texture
a circle is just a BUNCH of straight-line segments all calculated mathematically etc
same thing happens in Flash and lag is a serious issue even with exported SWF files since that preserves the vector art
basically – lag for lower-end devices isn’t going away sadly, but I have 1 idea to try soon to help a little maybe
maybe
the resolution idea is interesting though, it’s possible but the math calculations are still there
computer don’t care if you’re doing 3947 + 93489304 or 3 + 9 it’s the same computing power basically

much truth
the 1280 thing may happen soonish, as well as stickfig limit
but dunno about nodes, that would effect downloadable figures as well so will likely keep it at 256 for now

Still a great meme. But it’s getting old sadly.
