What reason would he have to mention you in the first place?
If you asked him for something to begin with and he accepted and has been trying to help with something you requested than he isn’t in the wrong here unless he’s given more than what has been asked for and if you told him to stop after he helped the first time.
On a side note from the incident itself, try not to let it get to you too much, I too get mentioned quite frequently with new users asking me about things or results from when I helped them, often it’s just a lot of non-sensical cryptic posts so it can get frustrating but staying calm will help greatly. Just put it nicely if someone keeps mentioning you.
