Flashlock.
2. Their powers and abilities
He can summon and unsummon his claws, which are melee weapons. He can fire beams of light from them for ranged stuff. He\’s supposed to have a Katana, I just haven\’t made that yet, but I guess he can just use the claws since it\’s melee and ranged. Since he\’s based around light, he can move at lightspeed, but only for a little bit. Basically teleportation at that point.
