Bilibid 30,one of the 30 massive über-luxurious prisons that was proposed to be built around every city mentioned in a guy’s map has finish construction.The overall budget for the construction of said prisons reached about S€679,739,563,813,nearly a half of it went to the wages of 1.5 million men who were employed. This prisons contain all the luxury a man could have, each prison could take 8,000 prisoners,each cell contains Air Conditioning,state of the computers that were initially installed when the Internet began to grow,but online activity is heavily monitored by Computer Technicians, luxorious comfortable beds,flat-screen TVs,soft sofas,showers and toilets,a XMan videogame console and etc. The prison contains all-you-can-eat buffet like cafeteria,a massive visitroom,a activity area containing Arcade machines,ballpools,video game consoles,sofas,a massive TV and a coffee machine. Theres the productivity room wheres prisoners are teached to gain at least some money through basket weaving,baking,and etc. Theres the prayer room where prisoner of different believes can pray to their gods peace. And lastly the Faculty Area,only personnel and employees are only allowed to enter here. The prisons are sorrounded by walls,snipertowers,and etc. The intentions of this prisons was that prisoners should atleast feel home and comfort. When Bilibid 1 & 2 finished construction,prisoners who were sent there become less agressive and more calm.
