At last, our colonisation project on Europa is complete, we have officially declared the world as our capital within this Arm of the galaxy. Since the project began, we’ve gained a sudden boost in Methane after trying to be rid of it on this cold, miserable moon. While we’ve warmed it up as much as possible, we can only say that seeing Planet Jupiter watch over us is the only thing keeping us happy outside.

We’ve also gained a transmission from our homeworld that they have heard the good news and shall be sending all the life ships to deposit on Europa. The once homeless shall build the path to a bright future, free of overpopulation and burdons. Of course, we will also be able to bring much more valuable technologies with use like our more impressive battleships as well as our fabrication technology. Imagine it as a more advanced 3d printer or whatever you humans call them.

Finally, we’ve elected one of our own as the primary leader and representative to our species in this arm. We’ve named him ‘The Primarch’, as to make it more easy for you humans to know who he is.

After a long time without report, we have answers for our downtime.
Our time has been spent thoroughly ensuring we have a good presence in the sectors provided to us, even if they are thousands of miles away from eachother, millions in some cases.

We have also managed to achieve our goal of beginning work on colonising the Moon Europa as you call it. We’ve already set to work creating a new atmosphere and pumping heat into the moon. A few biodomes have also been created where our flora have coped remarkably, a testament to their durability.

However, we are running dry on home resources unfortunately and will require some foreign aid. Namely, it is not structures we lack as we have almost too much, it is in fact fuel. We require a few hundred thousand tons of Thorium and Uranium 223. Our engines run on Fission engines and will require plenty to continue.

As payment, we are capable of lending a few hands where jobs seem sparse. We can also pay in a much more… standard way. Running the maths, we’ve calculated that 1 Stheru (as close to translation as possible), our currency, is worth around $4.78. We could be willing to pay in the billions if necessary.

After a good while of building up our civilisations on our allies worlds in small sectors or on life ships, we have been able to fully search this arm of the Galaxy and years old scans have returned to us with the news that this arm is rich in planets to colonise. Specifically, we are currently eying the moon of Jupitar, Europa. With some terraforming and adding of Biodomes, we could create a permanent presence on the moon.

@thegamerxcrf We would also like to note another thing relating to the Republic of Cytron. Our allies have noted of their violent tendancies after attacking the Empire of Cersiaence very small motive.
Upon this notion, we reccomend you cease these tendencies or we may have to force you to, our culture is built around preservating peace, no matter the cost.

Within the provided sector, the aliens make their first appearance, their pitch black, sleek ships slowly decending with and eerie humming noise from their space/time manipulation jets before finally making touchdown, the hulking ships opening their cargo bay to release their enormous crates of foreign supplies. The creatures that came out were both hideous and intriguing. Their bodies completely covered by their tight, latex like protective suits with a clear, pink tinted visor revealing their peculiar heads. Their odd legs striding forth from their ships as their unusually shaped heads spectated the new world as if in wonder.

Almost immediately they set to work on readying the area to become a full blown trading outpost as well as a realm for civilians to live, something not prior stated. However, despite this surprise, these extra terrestrials have for the most part kept their promises.

An unknown signal is caught on multiple listening outposts, a message sent from lightyears away. The message was surprisingly in English, Oxford to be precise. The message detailed an alien race had caught one of their messages from almost a 100 years ago and had took the time to learn your language and culture enough to write a reply back. They spoke of their coming, that they would be happy to bring welfare to their galactic neighbors, finally realising they didn’t have to be alone in space.

Your reply to their signal is of utmost importance, you do not know of their technological progress, nor if they are truly sincere, do what is best for your nation, and your species, you are faced with humanity’s greatest problem.
