It\’s probably due to the budget.
Anime usually have low budgets because they don\’t actually make much money off the show itself.
Anime is like a 20+ commercial. It\’s there to sell toys, manga, magazines, video games you name it. That\’s why they go on for so long, because most of the time they\’re trying to sell a product.
Since the companies make little to no money off the show, most anime have extremely low budgets, meaning a lot of filler, a lot of standing around, a lot of talking, and stiff animation. They either take their time and make a bunch of high quality episodes to release at once
Or they make a lot of episodes and leave a lot of mistakes on the way.
Some anime are blessed with the great power of AN ACTUAL BUDGET and look great all the time.

YES that game was amazing!
It was the first open world game I’ve ever played!
Mercenarys 2 world in flames was the one I played. But Mercenaries 1 is something I want to play.
