The whole arm gun thing is never something I could see working in PL taking into the considersting the loading and the recoil let along how to control the thing. But I like the helmet design. Aside from that, the character here is looking largely recolored with minimal changes.

I kept the NBC elite armour the same to original. Reason being that in his background , Neptune actually stole the suit from a dead NBC elite during the priquar(?) War. Also to address the minigun arm , I would had shown it to be belt fed from the backpack (the minigun and the backpack is a sort of heavy exo consept I used for the Northern Soviet Confederation soldier) and , since I , well he , repurposed the armour itself for a heavy armoured suit instead of power armour. I got that idea from the AST from call of duty advanced warfare but i hope this explains my consept.

The idea of stealing gear from the NBC is an interesting concept but the NBC Elite is something that didn’t exist in the Pilquar war I’m pretty sure. Now adding onto the concept of the minigun arm, there is still the practicality matter of recoil, restriction of movement, loading, weight, ect. But I like the heavier design focuses and the scavenged gear idea. Just he has to have a strong unique design factor like Centinel or Dylan even.

Neptune does best centinal in CQC and strength….it that makes sence. Plus the armour (more specifically the minigun) uses my own design , “microactivity” thrusters that work by motion (in this case , they are run by an A.I software).
I can think of some very impractical things but the thrusters are small enough to fit inside the arm itself , and (somehow , I dont know I this works In RL) when the gun is fired they activate upon the motion the gun makes. They all (300 microthrusters) fire at the same speed (or velocity) through out the arm and somehow keep the arm still during firing.
I honestly haven’t a clue if that would work but I hope that kinda made sence

Centinel is a character, not a class or type of troop. In fact, there’s kinda a group of people who know CQC insanely well. Not exactly anybody who is the absolute best at the moment. Strength is a similar thing. AI software working with the user of the suit is an interesting concept too. I like it, and it fits too. Micro thrusters are something that are kinda an experimental thing. They haven’t got anything like that to work. Primarily being able to lift someone up in any way if we are talking about PL tech.
Also the helmet is out of date since I made another one , which looks a bit like an halo EVA
That minigun arm puts Ivan’s heavy weapons stash to shame (it actually kinda looks like they would work with each other)
Neptune (what I’m calling this character) would actually work alongside Ivan if he thought he was worth working with..
Is Ivan bolako by any chance?
He’s NCLO
I forgot bolako was a faction I feel like I’m a dumbass

I was talking about the character centinal , not the class (guess my wording isn’t as good as I thought)
The microthrusters were a bit of a stretch of tech but I’m glad you like the A.I idea
Well the class for 1 shouldn’t exist and doesn’t. But yeah, the AI is cool.
What you think , should I keep to a non sentient A.I or should I change it to some iron Man Jarvis A.I thing?
Really, either is available. I feel it would fit him better to have something that just does what it’s supposed to do.
