Thinking about the time where South Korea trained 31 young and poor men for the assassination of Kim-il-sung, 7 dying in the process, abandoning the project 3 years later then poorly taking care of those men, which lead to those same men rising up, killing more than 12 of Korean soldiers in the secret island that the project was taking place, getting to Korean mainland and trying to assassinate the South Korean leader that started the project, resulting in all but 4 dying with the survivors being promised to be left alive if they kept the project secret, which they did but the Korean government killed them anyways and they covered it all up claiming they were North Korean spies.
