Like..we dont make rules or anything but we bring up suspects and let each other share opinions and all that.
We try to find enough proof to convict the person by witnesses, screenshots, etc
Once enough people actually join and do the Application then we can vote as a council but by then, the court would have been upgraded, organized and such.
