    Oh yeah. I plan to do this routine for a week straight then I test myself by going as far as I possibly can. And whatever new number I get to, that’s the amount I will do.
    So say I am doing 15 push ups a day, every day for a week.
    Then after that week I do that again but don’t stop at 15 and continue to say, 20. Then I do 20 for a week. And so on and so on.

    Yeah lol. I am not strong. I just have a high endurance hence why I can do this.
    And yeah eating oatmeal is VERY important after a good workout. effectively replenishes hardworking muscles.
    I plan to get some organic, sugar free yogurt and add a lot of banana slices and oats to it so its like the ultimate thing to eat cause those three things are the BEST thing to eat before/after a workout.

  • Started working out n shit. Here is my routine.

    -15 chest to floor push-ups.
    -20 curls per arm in the morning then another set at night. 10lbs dumbell.
    -2 minute plank.
    -plain oatmeal with frozen blueberries.
    -4.4 mile walk.
    -some more oatmeal.

    Today when I did the walk I did it in 1 hour and 5 minutes.

          yeah i mean ik that oatmeal is great and all i just thought it was funny that it was included in the workout routine yknow, like as if “oatmeal” is equivalent to “15 bicep curls” or something

          anyways, gl with your workout journey hopefully you keep it up, just remember to rotate exercises occasionally instead of the exact same muscle group every day. u might feel like you’re losing progress if u skip a day of biceps or something but it’s important to give ur muscles time to rest while also working on other areas

    SEBASTIAN, BULK
    Bulk is a 34 year old black male. He lived on a farm in Montanna with his family. They grew plants and raised animals. They sold products to the local town. Soon enough everything around them started to industrialize and they had to move where they couldn’t farm anymore. He eventually joined the ODC and succeeded very well in that.
    Bulk likes to stay in shape so he works out constantly. He a gentle caring person despite his physical appearance. One of his hobbies is reading.

    LUKAS, STEW
    There is not much info on Lukas. Stew is a 28 year old male.
    Stew is KIA, shot in the throat and bled out.

    ORLANDO, STAR.
    Star lived with two brothers and one sister in Virgina. They lived in the city. Always crowded and loud. He didn’t like it cause He was always adventurous. If there was some forest somewhere you’d bet He would be running around into it. Oh hey, a creepy shack? Boom, He in it. He always had that strive to get to it. Get it all done.

    Thoughts is a 26 year old caucassion male. He is usually a very gentle and caring type. If you have an issue he will want to help. Sometimes it can be a bit much. He is also the best with medical cases in the entire Beta squad.

    BETA: This team has Bulk, Poison, Thoughts, Star, Stew, Other.
    DELTA: This team has Sphinx, Copper, and Rico. Rest are unknown currently.

    Gold: Rank Level 10
    Red: Rank Level 8
    Orange: Rank Level 6
    Green: Rank Level 4
    Blue: Rank Level 2

    Everyone has a number and only responds to that number. Gold Rank gets given a name. Red Rank you can give yourself a name but that don’t mean you will be called by it.

    This mysterious bad guy’s armor is very tough. Bulletproof to practically besides most sniper bullets and 50 cal’s. Very OP yes, but they do have a weakness. Joints like the knees, elbows, hands, and neck are vulnerable to normal bullets and knives.
    Next up is how the armor works. Basically the person wears a tough black rubber with motion sensors that detects said person’s movement. Like a motion capture suit. Although the technology is not too great, the movements are jagged and robotic.

    ODC ARMOR LORE

    When joining the No One Program your entire body gets measured to make sure it fits perfectly and you can move just as if you were wearing normal clothes.

    When putting the armor on you get in this suit that feels like rubber. The inside is very smooth so it will be easy to put on. The pieces of armor have thousands of tiny magnets that connect to more magnets within the suit so it just clicks into place like lego pieces.

    When you are done using your armor you HAVE to put it into your locker. The armor and suit absorbs energy like an Apple Watch on its charger. Any extra energy that is not being used gets stored. Within the helmet you will see a battery percentage. That percentage indicated the amount left in storage.
    Say you have your armor at full, complete charge, it can last from 2-5 days. It all depends on how you use it. Here is a list of all the armor abilities and their description in an order of most energy to lowest. (Top to bottom.)
