Lawyers won’t take the case, we cant afford one so we’re trying to get one to take the case and we’d give them 1/3 of the winnings. We’re thinking to sue for 15k. But I think we might have to pay for a lawyer. But first I need to prepare for going homeless. I gotna few weeks before I’m legally obligated to vacate. The court date is coming up and what will happen is that we will get told what day specifically we have to vacate.
We can try to fight for an extra week because we are reaching out to every program possible to help us. -
Recently I sold my house with my mom and moved to Texas. Shortly after making it there someone whom I considered an aunt stole all of the remaining house money. Around 10,000. We haven’t be able to afford food, clothes, or anything and we are going homeless. I’ve been trying to fight it in secret but I will be homeless in a couple weeks and I’m doing my best to prepare for it. We at least have a car for shelter rn but we need to get it registered so we can start doordashing, at least then we’d be making some money.
I’ve been applying to many jobs every day but almost no one is acc hiring.
I’m embarrassed I have to do this but I made a gofund me.

I noticed there’s a Walmart Distribution Center about 40 minutes from the center of Lubbock. The Freight Handler position they have open seems like it could be similar to what I do, which I think is definitely worth it for what I make: https://careers.walmart.com/us/jobs/053118662FH-freight-handler
I make $27.65/hr at my local Walmart Sortation Center, the conditions are good, the people are good, and the pay is great.
