@PHEONIX This is my OC based from PHEONIX’s OC. He is pheonix’s almost identical twin. During the great Ralph War, he battled Ralph in person. Ralph gave him the scar over his eye. He has special abilities because his eyes are different colors. Those abilities are super speed, energy blasts/balls, and healing abilities. He saved pheonix’s life when they were kids; pheonix was about to fall of a high ladder, but Josh used his super speed to climb up and steady him. That’s all I could think of, but I might post updates.
