Glow has:

Omniscience – Infinite knowledge. Even if you somehow survive that, Glow knows where you’ll be, when, how, everything.
Omnipresence – Is everywhere at once. After that, Glow can use his Omnipresence to summon the Battalion, a super-powered team of millions of heroes (and a few reformed villains).
The real question here is whether your character could beat Glow or not.

Another thing; he doesn’t always do this stuff, he fights using the Orbs and mainly uses Elemental abilities. He’s ‘OP’ because his purpose is to protect the Dimensional Plane and take care of anomalies in time.
