So here’s my stand concept.
Linkin’s ability is to rewind, pause, and fastforward people and objects. But if he makes physical contact with them, as soon his touch leaves the effect it’s cancelled out but the effect of what he did stays.
Edit: I might nerf-Rewind

Cooldown: 30 seconds-Pause
