Ol here my thoughts, some parts look very good while others look very bad. Like the very beginning was very good, but it went down hill. Just try to put more effort and less frames for one thing. Either up the speed (FPS) or just don’t tween some frames

ok now i no NOT to leave tween on the WHOLE animation thx lol

when you move one limb, move others to ease up your animation and make it look more like real movement.

when walking, make the foot on the ground stay in the same place while making the rest of the body forward. then repeat. the walking you have makes it look slippery. make it firm

Ok here’s what I thing
One the animation is a little choppy. Try not tweening a few frames. Also with the running, it doesn’t look that good. I would use make it so he steps forwards more and the legs don’t move as much
Also it freezes for to long, I would shorten it.
The fade is Nicely done, also the way the knifes were thrown had a nice effect making it look more real.

It either didn’t save properly or if you need to open and close the app, if those don’t work it most likely didn’t save properly or fully and you most likely need to restart the animation,
It happens all the time you’ll get used to restarting-

ok thx

if you save a project (under App Tools > “Save project”) then it will appear when you click “Open project”
unless you shut off the app before saving finished and said it was complete
