Lucky at the beginning of Exiled when he’s introduced basically has the strength of a extremely fit human, but nothing supernatural. It’s later when he develops his Essence capabilities and strengths more where he has the strength to lift extremely heavy objects, nothing a regular person could do. And at his peak he could probably pick up something the weight of 4 semi trucks and hurl it.
Of course, this would require a lot of concentration and having himself be susceptible to Essence fever for over exerting himself.
