• Got bored today, made an animation in gmod.
Safe to say it’s way out of my comfort zone, but I find what I made good enough.

  • It’s my birthday I think. I didn’t realize till like 4am this morning.
Oh, and unrelated, I am slowly befriending a group of local crows near my home. They really like bread…

  • Animating wings is still a bit tricky. Might do more tests like these soon.

1: The endgame. Once you get an elytra and netherite, stacked with diamonds and whatnot, stuff begins to crawl. Before that, grinding and building felt good because it served a purpose.

2: LOOTBOXES. Jk I wouldn’t add anything else necessarily. The xp generator is about all I’d keep, anything else (like mob farms) I’d rather work towards building myself or with others.

3: Yes. I would love to run a copper selling empire ran on slave labor again.

4: Honestly, the only thing that does it in for me is the grief issues. Whenever someone visited the house, I’d be a bit on guard. Not sure if it’s possible, but an audit log of sorts (if it exists, showing who has opened a certain chest and whatnot,) would help. Again, zero clue if this is something that exists on bedrock.

5: Depends, I assume you mean stuff like manmade dungeons. If so, that seems like a fun idea.

6: Regularly, probably not. With the right work ethic, you can get anything you want without shopping. The player shops would have to trade pretty rare stuff that I need if I were to use one, such as mending maybe.

7: Good good good good good good idea. This game desperately needs more of a challenge than just worrying about falling into lava or off the end islands. As for the dungeons, absolutely a good idea. Same reason as before; more of a challenge, something unique and interesting to do, it’d also be fun with a party of people.

8: None that I know, I don’t play bedrock primarily so my knowledge there is limited.

9: Teleporting is a bit of a… cop out? For me at least. Traveling can be a hassle, yes, but it feels more rewarding to make a trip back to spawn personally. I think railroads would be a good inbetween since you can kinda afk while you ride, they’re something I don’t see much either.
Most systems of transport are kinda nullified once you get an elytra anyways, the only exception being ice highways.

Haven’t much lately. Me and my brother are kinda stacked with most valuable items and whatnot, so we’ve been unsure what to do next. I’m probably going to make a bigger house/base next, but idk when that’ll be.

Was up in the woods with a friend, trying to find a good trail to sled down. This was three winters ago. We found a good enough spot, it had a nice drop where you’d take air for a small moment.
Both of us used a two person sled, and when we went off the drop, our sled turned a certain way which had us going straight towards a couple of trees. Before we could collide, I dug my right leg into the ground to turn/slow down, and got it caught in either a small fern, mess of roots, or whatever else. It did bring us to a halt at the cost of my calf muscle being injured and in quite the bit of pain. Poor friend had to drag me back home in the sled lol. Couldn’t walk for a good week after that, and it took even longer for the pain to go away. The area where my leg got caught was… tender I guess? For months. I’ll never live it down.

  • Replying to comment by: HeckrayWhat do you do when you get bored? I used to animate some cr

Recently, I play my jouhikko/talharpa when I’m bored. It’s a good way to turn my brain off and do something enjoyable for a bit.
Otherwise I probably play a game or something.

Sure thing. I should really make new reference images, but these ones still hold up well.

As for the site, it was sorta just because I was interested in sharing my (genuinely awful and garbage) stuff at the time.

  • My most neglected god to date, gave him a completely new look.

Nihil is a god of many things; war, diplomacy, judgement, and, of course, the art of thermo. The heat of a good flame, the warmth of a well-loved soul, the chill of a bitter winter, all in his hands. Born of the primordial fire and ice, and a twin brother to Jeika, a similar God of War who controls water.
Nihil is obsessed with order, and the balance of all things. He feels that he must bring justice to the world through diplomacy, good work, and fair judgement. So much so, that he had his greatest king, Ashur of the Fair Hall, remove his godly eyes, so that his minds eye might judge fairly.
A passionate leader, he has cultivated what might be the most successful and productive civilization to ever live. His people, the Nilsians, are strong and wise, inheriting their patron gods desire for honor and justice. His influence has had a profound impact on almost all civil realms, his system of government being used as an inspiration for other gods to give their people a stronger voice.
The Fair Hall, a massive building in the city of Converge, is a testament to Nihil’s dedication to order. There, he judges disputes between many different cultures and creeds, judging each with the same amount of scrutiny and passion.
And if any threaten the integrity of his great realm, or even the allies that he protects, though blind, his axe is anything but.
He is, after all, a god of war as well.
(He is also the shortest god lmaooo)
