That actually looks pretty good as a concept. Only issues are the lack of pupils in the eyes, and a rather bland design. Maybe add some wrinkles in the clothes, a few pockets, some bullet wraps, a vest and maybe a backpack. Also I will probably have to fix the color issue in the ears.
