make the KEY frames first, the animatic basically
look up “animatic” if you don’t know what that is
basically a very, very roughly animated storyboard
get the choreography in place
then go back and do all the in-between movements

I usually animate on-the-go and just follow the flow lol
My choreography just consists of “ok now that they do this, what will they do next”, then just think of the coolest move to execute lolIdk if this can apply to beginners, but if you’ve seen some of my earlier anims its rough as shit lmao, so take it within your own discretion.
