Consider adding ‘depth’ to the limbs. By this i mean bits that stick out. Consider Bootleg’s OC, Scout, who is freaking covered with minute details like these and it lookes phenomenal, a work of art.

Looks like you got a cool concept. The afro with the handlbar mustache is rather unique but this looks good as a base. Just gotta add some more of the extra details like wires, screws and other stuff like that.
