Plus that should have blood pouring from it and a spine and such. It depends what the anatomy of your stickfigure is though, it could just be thick flesh and nerves, it stills shouldn’t be able to move but let’s not get into the technicalities of that.

I think stickfigures should have normal skeletons but with rounder skulls and parts as normal as it just makes sense and would be more detailed if you were to add intestines falling out and the spine cut, would be graphic sure but detailed and realistic.
