I would add something on him myself. Like maybes a hat of some kind but I like the simplicity

Radioactivity (nuclear power also, which buffs regular attacks) and electricity, he will learn some more abilities in my series. Also he can be hurt by bullets and stuff

This is what I’d personally add to fit the theme of character. However if you want some fantasy stuff I might have a few images
