Possibly but let’s be careful of the kind of accusations we use. If enough people like how that sounds, to pin someone they don’t like as something, it can catch on and the person in question can gather a bad rep for something they didn’t even do.

They’re obnoxious at times yes, I agree. Overall, however, we can’t be so quick to label them as the same type of person as Epitaph or Mrk.
