much head-bashing, I think I figured out the reason some Android 10+ users were having issue with blank Open/Import lists
a new update was just pushed out fixing this, so all Android users please do update (it’s still 3.1.9 in the app even tho the listing says 3.1.10)
in other news im going to give up and become a fry cook

i was able to replicate it on an emulator (I made it have the problem, and this fixed it – it’s an Android 10+ issue)
