uhm, you added too much shadow and planes that make it look like a breast like shape, so it looks like he has breasts
also you should try learning anatomy
gets you out of the habit of tracing
and you’ll start making things by memory and reference(im not saying tracing is wrong)

Just make sure crap’s going as fluid as possible to make it realistic. Might wanna abuse that smart stretch option too for more 3d and realism.
