Story: When he was 9, his parents were murdered by soldiers of NLCO in a day out with the family. He was alone for 2 weeks ago until a Mister found him. That Mister was a veteran of the Nation’s Wars, called Eobard Jenkins. He was trained by him till Kevin was 18. A soldier of NLCO found out Mr Jenkins and killed him. Kevin never have killed somebody, but when he found out that the soldier did, with a pencil, he pushing up at the eyes of the soldier and killed him. Kevin learned to live alone till he arrived in a NBC’s Installs.
They seem Kevin had abilitys and accepted him.
