i will assume this is your oc dude and you are opening the door for feedback
good base, but i would first tone down the colors to look less AHHH up in your face (pants mainly)
the rounded-segment look on the torso/elbows/hands/feet (as in, you just colored the individual segments and called them “clothes”) is very eh – he looks like a STICK-figure still
give him “actual” clothes, this is where a bunch of static segments come in to build clothing on the limbs
now, this is assuming you care about this
you may be fine with this dude and he fit your style in which case, disregard
but in terms of, for example, being “accepted onto the website for downloading” – it would have to stand out and be more professionally made-

Okay, you need to make the animations a lot smoother. Try tweeting. Also try to make the figure move slower because some parts look weird
The end beam looks good, just overall experience will help with that.
Also the camera looks nice too.
Just try to make it cleaner is what I’m saying.
