aboutTweeningTitle=About Tweening
aboutTweeningInfo=Okay, here’s a “quick” explanation on what tweening is all about. (This message will only be shown once for this project.)\n\nWhen tweening is on, your chosen number of tweened frames are added in between each keyframe, this makes your animation look smoother. To account for this, the FPS increases. However, the overall FPS is limited to a max of 60, keep that in mind! The app will remove tweened frames, regardless of what you’ve chosen, in order to keep the animation running at a max FPS of 60.\n\nPlease note, the app can only “guess” your movements, so tweened stickfigures may behave odd. If this happens, you’ll either have to disable tweening on that frame or tweak your animation poses to make the movement clearer.\n\nAlso note, the app identifies how a stickfigure maps to itself across the frames by a unique ID number that is given to it upon creation.\n\nThis is important because if a stickfigure is accidentally deleted, you can’t simply add in an identical stickfigure from the library and expect the app to tween it correctly from the previous frame to the current frame. Instead, you must go back to the previous frame, copy the stickfigure in question, and then paste it back into the frame it was deleted from. This way, the unique ID it was assigned is preserved and tweening will work correctly.
aboutLoopingTitle=About Looping
aboutLoopingInfo=Okay, here’s a “quick” explanation on what looping is all about. (This message will only be shown once for this project.)\n\nIf you don’t have tweening enabled, don’t worry about this checkbox.\n\nIf you DO have tweening enabled AND your animation is supposed to loop, make sure this checkbox is checked. What this does is simply have the last frame tween smoothly into the first frame to result in a seamless loop.

This depends entirely on the memory limits of their device.\n\nIf you’re having this problem, use the below slider to open a smaller percentage of the file.\n\nWhat this does is load less than 100% of all frames in the project, thus limiting memory consumption and allowing the device to properly open the large project. This allows you to navigate around easier.\n\nDeleting, however, is more extreme. The figure will be permanently removed (cannot be undone) from all frames in the project. tweenLoopProtection=Tween loop protection
tweenLoopProtectionTitle=What is Tween Loop Protection?
tweenLoopProtectionInfo1=Tween Loop Protection is only necessary if you have a looping animation that doesn’t loop properly from the last frame back to the first frame, when tweening is enabled.
tweenLoopProtectionInfo2=In the 4-frame animation above, stickfigure A is being animated off the stage to the right, and stickfigure B slides in to replace it at the end of the animation. It is meant to loop and continue over and over.\n\nIf this animation were to play with tweening enabled, frame 4 would tween into frame 1, and as a result stickfigures A and B would tween left back into their frame 1 positions.\n\nThis is an undesired result and would kill the looping effect. This is where Tween Loop Protection helps.\n\nAfter enabling Tween Loop Protection, during playback, frame 3 will tween into frame 4 like normal – but then, frame 4 will be skipped and the animation will jump to frame 1. This isn’t noticeable, since frame 1 and frame 4 look the same. This will solve the looping issue.\n\nIT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT FRAME 1 AND THE LAST FRAME (ABOVE, FRAME 4) ARE VISUALLY IDENTICAL FOR THIS TO WORK PROPERLY.\n\nTry playing a simple looping animation and toggling Tween Loop Protection on/off to see the effect. (Note, you may not actually need Tween Loop Protection for every loop.)\n\nWhen Tween Loop Protection is enabled on a movieclip, the last frame will never be selectable or visible. It’s almost like it doesn’t exist, its only purpose is so the second-to-last frame can tween into it properly.

removeFromCacheTitle=Remove Movieclips From Cache
removeFromCacheInfo=Caching is a great way to reduce lag when using Movieclips, specifically non-animated Movieclips.\n\nIt is highly recommended to place all complex backgrounds – or even high-node objects like a weapon or a car – into a single-frame Movieclip, and to cache this Movieclip when using it in your project.\n\nCaching turns the Movieclip into an image, so it will no longer look sharp and crisp, especially when zooming in. This is only temporary and will NOT look like that when exported. You will notice a significant lag reduction when doing this properly (it may not be beneficial to cache a very lightweight object with minimal nodes, for example).\n\nCurrently you can only have {0} cached Movieclips at a time, below is a list of what Movieclips are currently cached.

aboutTweeningTitle=About Tweening
aboutTweeningInfo=Okay, here’s a “quick” explanation on what tweening is all about. This way, the unique ID it was assigned is preserved and tweening will work correctly.
aboutLoopingTitle=About Looping
aboutLoopingInfo=Okay, here’s a “quick” explanation on what looping is all about. (This message will only be shown once for this project.)\n\nIf you don’t have tweening enabled, don’t worry about this checkbox.\n\nIf you DO have tweening enabled AND your animation is supposed to loop, make sure this checkbox is checked. What this does is simply have the last frame tween smoothly into the first frame to result in a seamless loop.

openHavingProblemsInfo=While rare, some users may run into crashes when opening large projects. This depends entirely on the memory limits of their device.\n\nIf you’re having this problem, use the below slider to open a smaller percentage of the file.\n\nWhat this does is load less than 100% of all frames in the project, thus limiting memory consumption and allowing the device to properly open the large project. Try near-100% numbers first, and decrease until the crashes stop.\n\nThe compromise is that you will not be able to get those frames back. backupInfo2=Also, an important note for Android users – be very careful of “space-making” apps that delete “junk” files to make room on your device!\n\nTHEY MAY WRONGFULLY DELETE STICK NODES FILES.\n\nI recommend never to use such apps unless the app allows you to pick and choose what is deleted.

aboutMovieclipsInfo=Movieclips are small mini-animations you can place into your project. Once placed, they will take care of animating and looping themselves – typical use is as background objects.\n\nSome examples where a movieclip may come in handy include a walk cycle, a looping fire animation, a background waterfall, flashing lights, auras, “action lines” (to show speed), and obviously so much more. All you have to do is animate the action once, and the movieclip will handle playing it over and over again.\n\nMovieclips can also be saved to a file and imported into other projects, like stickfigures.\n\nMovieclips can also be used in other ways and have more benfits, see the video linked below to get more information.

tweenLoopProtection=Tween loop protection
tweenLoopProtectionTitle=What is Tween Loop Protection?
tweenLoopProtectionInfo1=Tween Loop Protection is only necessary if you have a looping animation that doesn’t loop properly from the last frame back to the first frame, when tweening is enabled.
tweenLoopProtectionInfo2=In the 4-frame animation above, stickfigure A is being animated off the stage to the right, and stickfigure B slides in to replace it at the end of the animation. It’s almost like it doesn’t exist, its only purpose is so the second-to-last frame can tween into it properly.

removeFromCacheTitle=Remove Movieclips From Cache
removeFromCacheInfo=Caching is a great way to reduce lag when using Movieclips, specifically non-animated Movieclips.\n\nIt is highly recommended to place all complex backgrounds – or even high-node objects like a weapon or a car – into a single-frame Movieclip, and to cache this Movieclip when using it in your project.\n\nCaching turns the Movieclip into an image, so it will no longer look sharp and crisp, especially when zooming in. This is only temporary and will NOT look like that when exported. You will notice a significant lag reduction when doing this properly (it may not be beneficial to cache a very lightweight object with minimal nodes, for example).\n\nCurrently you can only have {0} cached Movieclips at a time, below is a list of what Movieclips are currently cached.

androidFilesOpenWithTitle=How To Get Files Into Stick Nodes
androidFilesOpenWithMessage=Stick Nodes used to scan your device’s downloads folder for new files, but this has changed!\n\nTo get Stick Nodes files into the app: After downloading the file, select it and use “Open With” to open with Stick Nodes.\n\nCompatible files are ZIP, NODES, NODEMC, STKNDS, STK (and MP3 files, for Pro). By doing this, the file will be moved to the proper Stick Nodes folder location, and can be imported/opened with the app.
androidOpenWithError=Sorry, Stick Nodes couldn’t read this file to properly open it. Stick Nodes can read ZIP, NODES, NODEMC, STKNDS, STK (and MP3 files, for Pro).
