Gravity falls is a show, not a play, but it’s on Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Disney+ I think

when i used it bc my virtual desktop wasnt working, it ended up crashing without closing. my inputs were delayed a whole minute so i tried to quit back to quest while literally guessing where my hand was. also, my head movement was delayed as well. i would move my head and a minute later see black bars everywhere.

i dont use ethernet, but im getting one very soon. ill update wether the difference is good. note for like everything here, my gtag runs well on virtual desktop, though kinda laggyish at some times, at others its silky smooth. my computer is a m1 mac with windows installed through bootcamp

how to mod on gtag + quest
great youtuber for good mod menus: sc0tty
great mod menus:
recoils devious menu v2. its free and has invis monke + ghost monke.
– idk if its detected rn, its been like 2 weeks since i used it, but its good. i would check sc0ttys channel for good, undetected menus.HOW TO GET MODS ON PCVR
– apps required:
– gorilla tag
– monke mod manager (temporarily)
– steam
– file explorer
– your mod/mod menusearch for the monke mod manager github and install it. you only need bepinject and utilla checked. *DO NOT CHECK GORILLACOSMETICS!*
you CAN use computerinterface.now you can go find a mod. install it MAKE SURE ITS A DLL!
go to the gtag steam page. if you pirated it off not steam, idk find it in ur files.
press “browse local game files” on the steam page.this should open up file explorer. click in the following order:
Bepinex > plugins
right click downloads and press “open in new window”.
drag the mod into the plugins folder. the mod should now work. Just delete it to get rid of it.
QUEST MODDING TUTORIAL
youre gonna need a computer for this.
there is two methods i know of.
1: run pcvr on your quest using virtual desktop.
cost: $40 for both gtag and virtual desktop, 20 each.2:
apps:
monkemodmanager
gorilla tag
file explorerget monkemodmanager.
select bepinject and utillaopen file explorer
move the files from monkemodmanager (the bepinject one) and move it to your quest gorilla tag files.
now get mods and put them in your plugins folder
i havent tried this but ive met someone who has , so im not 100% sure it works.

cost: $40 for both gtag and virtual desktop, 20 each.
Note that you can also use a long usb-c or usb-a cable to play via oculus link. You could also use airlink (for some people it’s not stable while virtual desktop is, and for other’s airlink is stable but virtual, desktop isn’t). Note for either one you’ll need a good *DEDICATED* 5g connection and your computer plugged into the router via Ethernet cable
Also thanks for making this tutorial

Oh, that’s cool to hear. Didn’t know you able to use VD without Ethernet, I just assumed you needed Ethernet like you did with airlink

-
Replying to:
Yeah, not a necessity with airlink but it’s not a consistent or enjoyable experience most of the time, to the point where it practically is a requirement

Yeah, probably because you didn’t have Ethernet. Could be something else though, idk
Glad VD works well though
