Recommend pure tween for starting off as it’ll really help you out. Always remember to keep the figs moving rather than moving then stopping then moving again. Once you’ve been animating for about a year and feel like you’re ready, explore with the ‘do not tween frame button’ to really animate like a pro.
If you want to have an anime style though, maybe Non-Tween is the recommendation, just make sure to watch Animes in an analysing way, seeing how characters move compared to in normal cartoons and animations
