Open the app > scroll down to stickfigure tools > click “submit a stickfigure” > read the warnings for ralph’s sanity > select the stickfigures you want to upload into a pack > fill out the name, description, and stuff like that > your device should open your default email app > click send on the email, no need to change anything
and then wait for your submission to be manually approved
