AOW, i can do and was going to.
Humans, are disorganised. After a few weeks without a true leader and surrounded by danger, we fall apart and turn on eachother.
Most humans split into very small groups, hence why Human Factions are so rare.

The AOW is also quite disorganised but they have an official monarch, a strict and expansive system, A GOVERNMENT.

The AOW could be considered the most evil faction.
Led by a tyrant of a Queen, the AOW is bent on universal dominance. They constantly hound the LAVR and Verrinian Republic (both of those being much more powerful than the AOW) with the threat of nuclear attack, a type of weapon all other factions have agreed to never use due to being horrifically destructive.
There’s those hexapod things i want to add that are hyper xenophobic but what makes the AOW worse is that they know full well they’re the bad guys and they just don’t care.
