They don’t go together actually. Male and female are sexes and man and woman are genders.

As now your gender is “girl”, but as soon as you turn 18 it’ll be “woman”.

But someone will always remain either male,female or intersex

that cisgender thing is very weird as it connects sex and gender which kinda opposes the whole idea of sex and gender being different. I can’t say this for 100% tho, as I’m not very knowledgeable on the cisgender term

There’s 2 terms misused in your post. (Speaking from my knowledge and own research)

Let’s start by stating this:
Sex and gender are different.
Sex= biological
Gender = social.
There is no denying this.

There are the following terms that fall under “sex”: male , female and intersex ( ex: XXY ). Definition of Male:
“ an individual of the sex that is typically capable of producing small, usually motile gametes”
Female: an individual of the sex that produces ova or bears young.
Intersex: “is the rare occasion of a person having both X and Y chromosomes”

And the following terms fall under gender: trans, queer, cisgender agender ….. so the list continues.

The thing wrongly used in your comment is the words “male” & “female”
But if those words were to be replaced with man and female the comment would be correct. This is a mistake a lot of people unfortunately make.

But while writing this I see you replied to someone else where you basically said what i’m saying here.
