    🩼 Personal Update 🩼

    I don’t usually make updates about myself or my life, since it’s personal, but for today I’ll make an exception.

    Yesterday after the gym, I went for a walk with my brother and a friend of ours and because it was pitch black dark outside and we were in a forest, as we were walking downhill, I rolled my ankle hard on like a foot and a half of a gap straight down onto concrete.

    Now, ordinarily for someone my weight I think that’d be prime ankle break material, yet by some miracle I managed to leave with only a couple of rough scars, mainly on my knee, and a really sore ankle.

    It’s now been a day since I injured it and my ankle is very sore, but there is no swelling so I think I just barely managed to avoid breaking my ankle. It’s Christmas season, or at least it was and so I am very heavy and quite fat, with my bodyweight at around 120kg or 265lbs. According to my brother and our friend, they said it was like I disappeared because one second I was walking and the next I was on the ground, my brother said I was like Godzilla falling lol.

    Safe to assume, I need to lose weight during 2026 and I need to train my ankles.
