Both are good, but I like the frame idea

Mellow is quite a bit above average, but with the way his body is built that’s pretty hard to tell.
Thanks to the powers of the Mask, his attributes have been multiplied. Not by a lot, but he could crack a brick wall with enough effort.
Most of his newer strengths are to do with agility and speed though, as that kind of thing is required when you pull the kinds of tricks he does
As for his durability, he’s your average joe, meaning that he can’t face really tough opponents head on and would have to rely on trickery and deceit

It slows done as it hits the ground which removes the impact of the rebound
