Being a minority does NOT garner you the right or privilege to do things like this. Being ANYONE doesn’t garner you the right to do anything like this. I just hope he’s okay if anything, and I hope that this doesn’t shed a bad light on the community as a whole, because they aren’t all bad and we all know this.

I’ve never done a vehicle but I’d say the wheels and frame, then add the ‘shell’, the outer part of it.
So just function first then details and some more function throughout also if necessary.
