That’s what I’ve been trying to figure out. It’s been a while since I’ve last properly animated anything, and I feel that I can’t do it the same way that I have been all that time ago. I think I’ve lost the passion for it, but I don’t want to let animating go

recreate the item, put the broken item and the new item in an anvil then you’ll have it brand new.

Maybe, but if your original has enchantments on it that you wish to keep then this would allow you to keep them.

Varies but I like between 24 and 32 usually.
You?

Just weigh the pros and cons of it and then if you want to animate again then just do it, it doesn’t matter if it’s bad and you were once good, it happens.
Just give it another shot and do what you can, build it up, stay consistent to improve progressively ideally varying what you animate as well.
I think that’s steady advice. I’m not going to get better if I don’t treat animation the same way I treat figures
I used to do 18 but I’m practicing in 12 right now
Traditionally, 6 fps or 7…
Is that bad-
Not at all, we all have our own preferences
no but it is impressive if thats the fps you used for the thing you posted in the private group
i like 14 or 10
wait is this a way to take out of context screenshots of us saying our fps to then rebrand it as what age were most interested in and then get us arrested
20
10
I don’t need smooth animation, I need functional animation.
Ok
12-18
8-12

Used to be 17 for some reason but I’ve been using 20 fps for 3 years now
All these people with these consistent fps
I literally just animate, than see what fps it is best on. I randomly try out different fps and see which one is the smoothest
A lot of times I animate on 30 something

Most skilled sn animator
24, but only 12 for simpler projects.
10-12
15, 20 for projects that need it
default to 20fps. depends on the scene, but I regularly do 18
