For backstory, we could start if off with him training off-planet as a child, meaning he wouldn’t have been killed by Frieza. I’ll think of the rest later.

Yes, actually. There’s the main character of the series- Lihko the Arcosian. There’s also his brother, Xendrick. I’ve also got Carttage, the Mad Saiyan.

To avoid potential spoilers for DBR, I’ll send Carttage. Basically, he’s an insane Saiyan with unstable Ki. His Ki is usually red, and he often forms blades and beams to attack his foes. His physical attacks are sloppy, but hit hard.
