The area of Sierra 213 used to be part of the SU by “democratic means”
*invasion* in which the SU eliminated all those who were deemed “genetically inferior” aka xenos. After the formation of the ROFS, the planet of Sierra was then freed, but then recaptured by the SU, and a brutal tug of war was fought.
In a desperate attempt, the ROFS began funding the local army and got the hell out of there, the SU did too.
What follows was a brutal civil war between two Sierran armies, the ROFS loyal local army, or the SU mercenaries. The civil war has just begun. -
