Let me give you some more information. Three minutes after the initial ban of all of the alts, @harold registered an account. Soon after, made a tongue-in-cheek joke. When someone posted about the ban, saying it was good, he responded with “…or is it?”

The combination of the timing, the joke, and writing style, it is most certainly him. For further context, I would be happy to provide some screenshots in a more in-depth post.
