In the Halo 5 beta, it looked super rubbery, now Halo 5 has great graphics. So who knows.

That is true. Some things look amazing in that demo while other things don’t. It looks really unfinished. But considering the discover hope trailer and the announcement trailers which show great in game rendered graphics, I feel they had to pull stuff from the graphics a bit in order to run the demo well though.
