Why is blackwashing and low-effort animation a thing now ?
Another reason yet why anime is better -

Fear not, eventually you WILL get better, it’s inevitable
The more you animate, the more you get used to it and the more frames you want to put in your animation
I’m way too lazy to animate at 60 fps coz I think 30 is already fine, even 24 fps looks good but 30 fps is better for me

Let’s talk about 5 stages of being an animators I guess
1. Newbie : as you guessed it, this type is a beginner type, simply put, the way the, animate makes stickfigures looks stiff and it’s animated at 10 frames per seconds, it looks really choppy, because they don’t know how to increase the frame nor do they know about a magical button called ” tweening ” but hey you’re just starting out so I dunno if I can blame you for terrible animations
2. Le average : now the animation looks a bit better, usually the stickfigures starts to move more dynamically, and now you actually know how to tween, there’s 2 outcomes out of this, either you use tweening as a crutch for the rest of your career or you never use it and abandon it like a Chad, this time, the animation does get some views on YT but not significantly, usually sits at 18 fps or 24 fps, most people animate like this, some better than other.
3. Le gentlemen ( is my level ) : now it looks much better than ” le average ” not many people reach this stage because they don’t want to make efforts, usually they animate at 30 fps or 45 fps, they make their own stickfigures now, it is not uncommon to see their animations get some 3k – 10k views on YT, their animations now takes advantage of everything can do in SN, effects, stickfigures, lighting, everything they can do, they do it.
4. High-Effort ( not me ) : oh ho ho, not many people I know are like this, these absolute Chad’s animates at 60 fps on all their animation, makes their own detailed nodes and gets lots of views daily on YT, they’re famous and very well known, their animations now have their own humor and style, they’ve made one movie or so, and post only once or twice a month because of how difficult it is to animate so smoothly like butter
If they’re lucky enough, they could appear in a Hyun’s Dojo collab
5. The god : *I fear no man, but this thing, it scares me*
These maniacs are those who made a breakthrough in animation and will go down in history, they don’t need anybody’s help, if I want to describe how good they are, they are *so good* they can make whatever hentai fantasy they want.
Nobody in SN has achieved this stage yet, not even the best animators combined, you have to be so good you attract big-time media company to hire you.
So good that everytime you finish an animation, it gets spotlighted *EVERYWHERE*, you have to outclass or reach the ranks of famous animators like Alan Becker ( he been making so many animations about a game that’s been milked to death that I can’t even count them all )
Why nobody has reached this stage ? Because it is limited to the application itself, but I’m sure in the future, there might be more advanced feature and SN could potentially be exported to other platform, PC, Mac OS, heck, maybe even SN VR lol

Doesn’t seem like it, guess only the app changed but otherwise I see no difference at all
Still wish for old SN to come back tho

After almost a year of inactivity, I come back to the site and literally nothing’s changed
Very good, so I don’t get confused about what the hell happened

Rhodesians : * chuckles in halbek device *
Halbek device : one of the most advanced attachment to mitigate recoil on a gun, almost all recoil is reversed, extremely useful for high-recoil battle rifles such as the FAL
As for how they got their hands on those ? No idea, I guess people get smart when it concerns them.

6 stages, actually. I’m in the “how to animate a punch” level.
Dis ho to animat a poch :

I think I’m between 2 and 3…
I never post anything on YouTube and I usually keep my animations about 15-20 fps with hella tween. They don’t look too bad but they’re certainly not god level
i’m somewhere around this range aswell
Fear not, eventually you WILL get better, it’s inevitable
The more you animate, the more you get used to it and the more frames you want to put in your animation
I’m way too lazy to animate at 60 fps coz I think 30 is already fine, even 24 fps looks good but 30 fps is better for me
i use different fps depending on the stuff I’m animating
Yeah
same here, although i’m moving in to 24 fps, 45 fps is pretty dumb ngl, as the difference isn’t very important and the effort required is monumental, fps doesn’t judge how good an animation is either, into the spider verse is my favorite animated movie and it was made at 12 fps for most of the time
Ugh I hate that movie
Why is blackwashing and low-effort animation a thing now ?
Another reason yet why anime is better
i cant tell if this is serious lmao
Joke.
But still, the reason why I don’t know half the plot is because I was infuriated at the low-ass effort they put into animating
The budget went to post malone and 20 dollar went into the actual animation.
i actually thought the low fps went rather well with the comic book style, it might not be smooth overall but i like the movies style
Maybe, just maybe.
They definitely tried to make a difference, that’s for sure, but I think even stop-motion animation is choppy but still smoother than Spiderman
that’s because they take years to make, dumbass me
So uh, how do you use tweening
Who the fuck animates on 60 fps that’s literaly pointless
Hyun’s Dojo : bruh
Video games : bruh
Everybody who animates at 60 fps : bruh
Do hentai animators use 60fps?
Bro imagin wasting all that time for just a little bit of….
Uh…
Entertainment…?
Nope, they mostly animate at PAL ( 24 fps )
Otherwise you can just use an AI and upscale the video to 4K60FPS
I was talking about in sticknodes
So where’s -1 at…I’m basically at this level
