2020-02-16 07:06:41 UTC Update: He is a NBC Elite Combat Unit. theres a secret feature that his uniform have, having all the abilities a Elite Armor has a cloaking device inside the uniform that can be activated by knocking his body to two times. and it can resists grenade explosions, impacts from falling, bullets (some bullets), same as the ECU Armor but except for the plasma and heat. Anderson has been programing and building the uniform for 2 years when he is informed that he is in the Elite Combat Unit, he accepted the armor but didn’t wore it, but learned the armor’s abilities. (it was a hard time for him) there was a reason why he didn’t want to wear the ECU Armor.

Aside from the gramatical errors here and there, it looks good for part of his story. Something interesting as to why he wouldn’t want to wear the power armor is maybe because he has a problem with Bullet. Since bullet built the armor and also built the combat bot he could have the perception that the armor isn’t trustworthy to use since the combat bot was made by Bullet as well.
