The Armed Forces of the Republic of Slonia (also known as the AFRS) are the military forces of the Republic of Slonia. It is tasked with the defense of the Republic and, as a NATO member, contributes forces to NATO and other joint task forces conducted by NATO and/or the US.
It has four main service branches. The Slonian Army, Slonian Air Force, Slonian Navy and Slonian Marine Corps. The Commander-in-Chief is the President of Slonia and the Department of Defense handles the AFRS. It is entirely a voluntary service.
