Click on the stickfigure and scroll down by a tiny bit (above join stickfigure). There’s an option to keep during tween, make it checked frame before it being deleted.

not enough up/down movement, when running it’s not as apparent as walking but still there (main node isn’t moving here = bad)
also you’re kinda missing the “push off” frame which is the most important with running, showing power and force
