The thing is, memes are more used than something like this. You can just place the outline in the face and be good with it.

Are you dum? There obviously close ups when yelling, you put the power up crazy stuff behind them and shake the screen for a few frames, then zoom out and have them explode something.
If they were single frame art figures then all of them would have mouths
