In Y8, this game was once known for its simple, yet trending racing game, called Free Gear. Not Top Gear “1991 KEMCO for the SNES”

But in a different case, if what you mean is in Ralph’s picture, I don’t know. Not Free Gear, Not Top Gear, again, I don’t know.
