Node Spawn Intelects are disturbing creatures with big, bulbous and pulsating brains that protrude from their head, a set of larger forelimbs and a penertrating sucker attached to their tongue. these hideous creatures are slow and delecate, therefore requiring a cohort of Broodlings at all times to escort them to their victim.

Once a potential target is pinned by the broodlings, the Intelect inserts the sharp needle into the forehead and will begin to suck out the brain and tap into the neural network. the brain itself is of no use and will most likely be expelled out of the mouth moments after. instead what the Intelect craves is knowlege and memories. these thoughts will be store withing the Node Spawn who will then make it's way back to it's hive to find Charxek Thar. once there, it will link itself to Charxek and will inject all of it's absorbed memories and knowlege, even it's own. once complete, the Node Spawn will have forgotten how to breathe, how to beat it's heart and will die a slow, painful yet confused death...
