I don’t know when I discovered this style, but I’ve always admired it, and glad to have finally made my own. (This took forever btw, your welcome.)

INSTRUCTIONS ON USE: There are two parts to this background, labeled as “wires” and as “base,” use the join tool to merge them, wires in front of base, and ther u go. If ur cool u can use the blur effect to do some dank stuff.

Random Information: So this background is one of my favorite art styles, I’m pretty sure it’s called synthwave. It’s really cool neon-style stuff featured on music covers and such around the ‘80s. Just image search “synthwave.”
