The shoulder guards dissappear on the side view and the knee guards change the head also looks different from the side view.

Sorry for the late reply

They are meant to be different people, the front view is a generic guard, and the side view is a generic soldier.

The two perspectives should allow for the guard to go into side view and the soldier to go into front view. The perspectives should not define the two from each other.
